One sector is Electronic Assembly Equipment. This sector was realized through the acquisition of Contact Systems. With this acquisition Versatec can build and support the highly sophisticated equipment for PCB production formally manufactured by Contact Systems and plans to broaden this sector with other related equipment in the near future.

The second major sector is Engineering Services. Versatec engineers are ready to tackle any project and specialize in the conception and design of small to medium size electromechanical assemblies. As a value added service, Versatec can follow through with prototyping services, building your assemblies to exacting specifications. Using our in-house capabilities (machine shop/cabling and wiring department/skilled assemblers) and prequalified vendors we can economically produce one-off assemblies and provide complete manufacturing documentation (CAD drawings and BOM). In the process our engineering staff will cost engineer your assemblies and make crucial cost saving suggestions before going to production.

The third sector is our Contract Assembly Services. The Versatec workforce has many cumulative years of experience in cable/wire harness and mechanical assembly. From simple non-critical mechanical assemblies to high reliability complex precision electromechanical assemblies, Versatec Contract Assembly Services can provide fast turn around for your Just-In-Time manufacturing (JIT) requirements.
